Moving Forms to a Folder

You can move your forms to folders to organize them. You can move multiple forms to a folder and share the folder with the users in your Zoho Forms organization.

To move forms to a folder,

  1. Hover over your forms and select the forms by clicking the checkbox.
  2. After selecting the forms, click the  Move to Folder  button.

  3. You can choose an existing folder or create a new folder with the selected forms. 
Notes

Note

  • You can create up to 100 folders. A folder can contain a maximum of 100 forms.
  • Users in the free plan can only create 1 folder.
