You can move your forms to folders to organize them. You can move multiple forms to a folder and share the folder with the users in your Zoho Forms organization.
To move forms to a folder,
- Hover over your forms and select the forms by clicking the checkbox.
- After selecting the forms, click the Move to Folder button.

- You can choose an existing folder or create a new folder with the selected forms.
Note:
- You can create up to 100 folders. A folder can contain a maximum of 100 forms.
- Users in the free plan can only create 1 folder.
