Duplicating a Form
When there is a need to replicate a form's structure altogether to fit another use case, you can duplicate an existing form as such along with its fields and settings. Instead of creating a new form from scratch and configuring all the settings, duplicating a form saves time and helps you get going in minutes.
- In the forms listing (home page), under My Forms, hover over the ellipsis of the desired form as shown.

Select Duplicate.

You can rename the duplicate form and click Create.
