Sharing a form via email campaigns
You can share your form via email to a large number of people. To do so, use one of the following email campaign products:
Zoho Campaigns
You can send your form to multiple email groups on your Zoho Campaigns account. Know more about Zoho Campaigns integration with Zoho Forms.
To share your form using Zoho Campaigns,
- In your form builder, navigate to the Share tab and click Email Campaigns from the left menu.
- Click Zoho Campaigns and click Send Form. You will be redirected to your Zoho Campaigns account.

- In Zoho Campaigns, enter your campaign details, configure your email template, and distribute the form to your contact list.
Note: If you are accessing Zoho Campaigns for the first time, you will have to update your organization's details before you use Zoho Campaigns.
MailChimp
You can connect your Zoho Forms account with your MailChimp account and send campaigns to the targeted users.
To share your form using MailChimp account,
- In your form builder, navigate to the Share tab and click Email Campaigns from the left menu.
- Click MailChimp and click Send Form.

- A new tab will open up, prompting you to authenticate your MailChimp account. Click Authenticate MailChimp.

- You will be redirected to the MailChimp account after logging in, where you can customize and send your campaigns.
