Generate Themes with AI in Zoho Forms

Designing a form theme manually takes time. With AI Theme Generation, you can simply describe the look you want, and Zia will generate a theme for you. No manual design work required. You can preview it and further refine it using the theme builder.

To generate a theme using AI,

Open your form in the Zoho Forms editor and navigate to the Themes section.
Click Generate with AI at the top of the Themes panel. The Generate Themes with AI popup will open.
In the Describe your theme section, enter a description of the look and feel you want.
You can also choose one of the preset options under Try a sample prompt. For instance, selecting Clean & Minimal uses neutral colors and simple fonts for a distraction-free experience.
Note: Your description will be processed by Zia AI. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information (PII) to ensure privacy.
Once you have entered your description, click Generate Themes. Zia AI will process your description and generate the themes.
During generation, Zia AI will analyze your style preferences, select the right colours, fonts, and backgrounds, and apply styles to the form fields, borders, and layout.
Once generation is complete, the theme will be displayed. You can preview it before proceeding.
To try a different description or generate new variations, click Edit under Regenerate Themes, update your description, and click Regenerate.
Click Customize Theme to open the theme builder, where you can make any additional changes before applying the theme.
After making any additional changes, click Apply to apply the theme to your form.
Once applied, your existing theme will be permanently replaced. Exiting without applying will leave your previous theme unchanged.

Note: AI theme generation is supported for Standard Forms and Spotlight Forms.
