Configuring Form Rules
- Navigate to the Rules tab.
- Under Form Rules, go to the New Record tab and click Configure Now.
- If Attendee Type is "General Participant"
- Send a standard email with event details
- Assign task to verify registration details to the General Coordination Team.
- Show a Thank You page with the conference schedule and a note of thanks.
- If Attendee Type is "Speaker"
- Send an email with guidelines for speakers and next steps.
- Assign task to collect presentation material to the Speaker Management Team.
- Show a Thank you page with a link to access speaker resources.
- If Attendee Type is "VIP"
- Send an exclusive email outlining VIP perks and a link to the secondary form.
- Assign task to prepare VIP kit and schedule to the VIP Services Team.
- Redirect to a VIP Preferences Form to gather information such as dietary restrictions, preferred seating, and arrival schedules.
