Embed a form using HTML/CSS codes

To further modify and customize the forms which you wish to embed in your website, you can download your form as a plain HTML file or a HTML with CSS file. 

To do so, 
  1. In your form builder, go to Share > Embed > HTML & CSS.
  2. Click Generate Code to generate the customizable HTML/CSS codes to embed the form on web pages.
  3. Download Plain HTML or Download HTML/CSS.

    The following are not supported in the HTML and CSS code of the forms:

    • Rating field
    • Unique ID field
    • Slider field
    • Image Choice field
    • Payment field
    • Formula field
    • Zoho CRM field
    • Subform field
    • Smart Scan field
    • Hidden fields and rules for hidden fields
    • Page Rules
    • Captcha and ReCaptcha validation
    • Confirming Email and Phone field inputs
    • Save & resume
    • Review before submission
    • OTP Verification
Notes
Note: 
  1. Validation of all the field inputs and the Signature field will work only if you download the HTML and CSS code for the forms and embed them.
  2. The Redirect to Website option will work only if you have used the downloaded HTML and CSS code in our paid plans.

  3. Google Tag Manager(GTM) is not supported if the form is embedded on your website using the HTML/CSS embed option.

To block submissions from the sources where the form is embedded using the HTML/CSS code, disable the option under  Form Submission Restriction.
