How do I access an OTP Verification enabled form with the same Email address or Phone number when the field is mapped to a form field with the No Duplicate property?
You can pre-fill a phone field/ email field in the form with the verified mobile number/email address by selecting the required form field from the Map OTP-verified phone number / email to a form field dropdown while configuring the OTP Verification settings. If the mapped fields have No Duplicates validation enabled in the field properties, and the respondent was unable to verify the received OTP or has not accessed the form for some reason, the respondent will not be able to access the form again with the same phone number or email address.
Here is how you can provide access to such respondents:
Case 1: If a user generates an OTP but does not verify it on the OTP Verification page, the user will be unable to verify the OTP with the same phone number/email address for the next 4 hours from the time of OTP generation. After 4 hours, the user can use the same phone number/email address to verify the OTP.
Case 2: If a user verifies the received OTP on the OTP Verification page and is redirected to the form but does not submit the form, the verified link will be available under OTP Audit: Non-submitted Record against the respective user's Email address/PhoneNumber, which can be shared with the user.
