  1. Why is the storage space in my Zoho Forms account not freed up even after deleting multiple entries?

    The deleted entries must have been trashed and not permanently deleted. To free up the storage space, you will have to permanently delete the entries. To do so, 
    -Go to the All Entries section of the form.
    -Select the Trashed Entries option from the Filter in the top-right corner.
    -Select the entries that you wish to delete permanently from the list of Trashed Entries and click Delete

  2. How to know if the storage limit in my Zoho Forms account is reached?

    You can view your account usage by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and click View Usage option. 

    You could delete the existing entries on your account to free up the occupied space or purchase storage Add-ons to increase the storage limit if the storage limit is reached.

  3. Why is the Geolocation data not being captured in the All Entries section of a form embedded on my website?

    The Geolocation information can be captured only if the form is shared via public URL or when the form is accessed privately. It cannot be captured when the form is embedded on a website.

  4. Where to find the tracked UTM Parameters of my form?

    The UTM parameters will be captured along with the form submission and will be displayed in the All Entries section of the form. 

  5. How to export individual form entries? 

    You can search for the required entry from the entries section using the search option, select the entry and then export the same.
    Now, only the searched and selected entry would be exported.
