Filter Entries by Form Language in All Entries / Reports
Filter by Language
You can filter and view the form entries based on the form language. To do this,

Go to the All Entries / Report section of your form.

Click the
dropdown. You will see the list of all the languages the form has been translated to.

Select the language by which you wish to filter the entries.
Note:
-
If you explicitly require the choices selected in a record, Title
in the
Name
field, Country
in the
Address
field to be translated while you export or print the reports, you must apply the language filter.
Choices / Field Input that will be translated on applying the language filter:
Dropdown, Radio, Multiple Choice, Checkbox, Image Choices, Matrix Choice,Title
in the Name
field, Country
in the
Address
field

If you export or print the records after applying the language filter, only the entries filtered will be exported / printed.

The language filter is available only in our paid plans.
Add Submitted Language column to a Report
To view the form language for each entry in the report created for a form,

Go to the
Reports
builder.

Click
Show/Hide Columns
under
Report Options.

Under
Form Fields, select
Submitted Language.

Click
Save. A dedicated column (
Submitted Language
) to view the form language for each entry will be added in the report entries.
Create a Report with only entries that match your Custom filter for Submitted Language
To create a report that has only entries that match your conditions for submitted form language,

Go to the
Reports
builder.

Click
Custom Filters
under
Report Options.

Select
Submitted Language
under Field Name, choose the condition it must satisfy from the Comparison drop-down, and enter the language code under
Value
to filter the report entries by the desired form language.

Click
Save.
