Overview

Under Manage Form Attachments in Zoho Forms offers a seamless way to store and organize your form attachments by integrating with popular third-party cloud storage services. This is particularly useful when you receive multiple attachments from form responses—such as documents, images, or any other files—as part of form submissions. By enabling this option, you can automate the storage process, declutter your Zoho Forms storage, and ensure easy access in your preferred cloud storage platform.

You can choose to store not only form attachments submitted by respondents form submissions as PDF, and merged documents. This gives you the flexibility to keep all submission-related files in one secure, centralized location, directly within a service you may already be using for other business files.

Only file attachments uploaded by respondents when they submit form entries or edit form responses (if you have enabled the option to allow your respondents to edit their responses after they submit the form) will be saved in the third-party cloud storage services.
You can save your form attachments in one of the following services:
Notes Note: Once the attachments are successfully pushed to a third party service, they will not be stored in Zoho Forms.
