Zoho Forms lets you customize the button in your form according to your form's design. We understand buttons play a crucial role in letting the respondents be assured that their data has been submitted

successfully and is collected on the other side.

Let's now see how to customize the buttons in your form!

If you want to customize the Submit button label,
   - After creating a form with all the required fields, head to the

               Settings

tab to customize your form buttons.

- Under

            General

            >

            Display,

            you will find

            Submit Button Label.

Here, you can change the default button label

            Submit

and provide a suitable label of your choice to fit your form.

Words such as

      Done

      or

      Completed

can be used as an alternative for the label

Submit. For example, if you have an application form, you can use

      Apply Now!

Some other examples include Proceed, Register, Sign me up, etc.

Want to provide your respondents with a button on the form to review their form responses before they submit an entry?
   - Head to the

            Settings

tab. Under Submissions & Storage > Review Before Submission,

and provide a suitable label of your choice to fit your form.

This button is beneficial when the data collection has to be absolutely accurate. It gives respondents another chance to check their entry before submitting the form. Words like

Re-check, Correct, I Agree, etc., can be used as an alternative for the label

      Review.

Want to let your respondents save their responses and resume filling out the form later?
   - Head to the

-

You can then change the default button label

            Save

and provide a suitable label of your choice to fit your form.

This option is helpful when the respondents do not have the exact data or sufficient time to complete the form. In such cases, they can have the liberty to save their progress in their form and resume as per their convenience.

      Words like

Edit later, Save your progress and Resume later

can be used as an alternative for the label

      Save and Resume.

      Having a multi-page form?

Navigation buttons can help you move around the pages of a form efficiently. You can customize the Next and Back buttons on each page of your form.

To change the default labels of these buttons,
   - In your form builder, click the button (Next / Back) at the end of a page.

- Under the

Properties, you can then change the default button label and provide a suitable label of your choice to fit your form.

You can replace the Next button label to let your respondent know what's ahead. For example, if you have an order form with 4 pages: Select Products, Contact Details, Shipping Details, and Payment, you can replace the Next button label on the Shipping Details page as
