Enabling / Disabling a Form
If you are looking to pause form submissions and restrict access to your form temporarily, you can choose to disable a form. By default, all your forms will be enabled and respondents can submit entries. Either the form owner or the super admin can enable or disable a form.
When you disable a form, you cannot receive form entries from respondents. The form permalink will redirect to an error page where a custom message will be displayed.
To disable a form,

In the forms listing (home page), hover over the ellipsis of the desired form as shown.
Click Enable / Disable.

Select the Disable
option.

You can customize the Message
to display when a respondent tries to access the form.

Click Done.
When you enable a form, the form's permalink becomes accessible and respondents can submit entries. Either the form owner or the super admin can enable a form.
To enable the form that has been disabled,

In the forms listing (home page), hover over the horizontal ellipsis of the desired form.

Click Enable/Disable.

In the pop-up, select Enable
and click Done.
To enable/disable multiple forms in bulk,

In the home page, select the forms that you wish to enable or disable.

Hover over the ellipsis as shown and click
Enable
or
Disable
as required.

Enter a custom message that will be displayed when a respondent attempts to access the disabled forms.
Note: Only the Super Admin can enable/disable forms in bulk from the
Org Users' Forms.
