Customize Status Colour

You can assign colors to the statuses of requests, estimates, work orders, and service appointments. The chosen colors will be used in the following places in Zoho FSM.
  1. Service appointment entries in the Gantt, Grid, and Calendar views.
  2. Statuses of the entries in the Dispatch Console Left Panel.
  3. Status displayed in the [Module] Details and [Module] List screens.
To do so:
  1. Navigate to Setup > Customization > Modules and Fields.
  2. Click the module whose status field you want to customize. Click on the Status field.
  3. Click on the color of the pick list option to open the color palette. Use the color picker [  ] to choose a color of your choice. Use the No Color ] option to remove any color chosen for the status.
