You can assign colors to the statuses of requests, estimates, work orders, and service appointments. The chosen colors will be used in the following places in Zoho FSM.
- Service appointment entries in the Gantt, Grid, and Calendar views.
- Statuses of the entries in the Dispatch Console Left Panel.
- Status displayed in the [Module] Details and [Module] List screens.
To do so:
- Navigate to Setup > Customization > Modules and Fields.
- Click the module whose status field you want to customize. Click on the Status field.
- Click on the color of the pick list option to open the color palette. Use the color picker [
] to choose a color of your choice. Use the No Color [
] option to remove any color chosen for the status.
