Data Restoration 

If you need to recover deleted data, please reach out to our support team at support@zohofsm.com. We can restore the data if the request is made within the specified retention period.

Inactive User Policy  

As per our Inactive User Account policy, we reserve the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 120 days. In the event of such termination, all data associated with such user account will be deleted. We will provide you with prior notice of such termination and an option to back up your data. In the case of accounts with more than one user, if at least one of the users is active, the account will not be considered inactive.

Data sent to Integrated Services   

Data sent to the integrated service cannot be deleted. Once transmitted to another service, we lose all control over it. Only the integration details retained on our side can be deleted.
