Zoho FSM provides REST API (Application Programming Interface) that lets you integrate FSM with third-party applications for, among other things, inventory management, forecasting, and business intelligence. Click

The REST API uses simple HTTP methods, such as GET, POST, PUT and DELETE. These methods allow FSM data to be extracted in JSON format including errors, making it easy to develop new applications and also to integrate with existing business applications.
Permission Required: Zoho FSM API access
Along with this, the setting API Access should be enabled under Setup > Developer Space > APIs

APIs (Only users with the
API Usage permission will access to this screen). The following settings are available:
- API Access: Control whether or not users in your organization can use FSM APIs.
- PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data access using APIs: Control whether users can or cannot, access data in PII fields through FSM APIs.
