How do I create a new Asset in Zoho FSM?

To create a new Asset in Zoho FSM:

  1. Go to the Customers module and select Assets.
  2. Click Create.



  3. Fill in the required details:
    1. Asset Name
    2. Description
    3. Asset Number
    4. Product
    5. Parent Asset(if you're creating a child asset)
    6. GIAI
    7. Ordered Date
    8. Installation Date
    9. Purchased Date
    10. Warranty Expiration
    11. Currency
    12. Exchange Rate
    13. Company
    14. Contact
    15. Address (Enter the Asset address only if it differs from the Contact or Company address. If it’s the same, you can leave it blank)
  4. Click Save to create the asset.
