How does Asset selection impact the visibility of Contact or Company details in the Work Order?

When you select an Asset while creating a Work Order, the associated Contact and Company fields are auto-filled based on the Asset’s existing associations.
  1. The Contact, Company, and Territory fields cannot be edited after selecting the Asset.
  2. Other fields like Email, Phone, Mobile, Service Address, and Billing Address are also auto-filled but can be modified if needed.

Example:  

If the Asset AC #34 is linked to Henry Oliver (Contact) from Upcyclers Inc. (Company),
then selecting this Asset will automatically populate the following fields in the Work Order:
  1. Contact(non-editable)
  2. Company(non-editable)
  3. Territory(non-editable)
  4. Email(editable)
  5. Phone(editable)
  6. Mobile(editable)
  7. Service Address(editable)
  8. Billing Address(editable)
