How to scan a barcode or QR code to add an asset for a Work Order in the FSM mobile app?
To scan a barcode or QR code while creating a Work Order in the Zoho FSM mobile app:
- Tap Scan QR/Barcode under the Asset lookup field.

- You can also access the scanner from the search screen.

- If prompted, enable camera access: tap Yes → Allow.

- Point your camera at the barcode/QR code.

- Matching records will be shown. Tap on the select [
] icon.

Select the asset from the search results
The selected record will be filled in the Asset field.
- If there’s no match, you'll see "No results found."

The code must match a value in the Name, Asset Number, or GIAI field of the asset.
