Is there a way to track Asset maintenance history in Zoho FSM?
Yes, Zoho FSM allows you to track an Asset’s maintenance history.
When you open an Asset:
Under the Timeline tab, you’ll see a chronological log of all actions and events related to that Asset, including creation, updates, and service activities.
The Notes and Attachments tab stores related documents (eg. warranty pdfs) and asset related notes.
- In the Related Lists section, you can view all records linked to the Asset, such as:
- Requests
- Estimates
- Work Orders
- Service Appointments
- Scheduled Maintenances
Child Assets (if applicable)
