Can any Crew member start or complete a Service Appointment in Zoho FSM?

Yes. In Zoho FSM, any Crew member can start or complete a Service Appointment assigned to the Crew.
There is no task-level restriction within a Crew—every member has shared access to all Service Tasks and can:
  1. Start the Service Appointment
  2. Perform and complete Service or Service Tasks
  3. Mark the appointment as Completed, Partially Completed, or Reschedule it
  4. Collect payments (except those with the Limited Field Agent profile)
Each action by a Crew member is tracked through individual timesheets, which are listed under the Timesheets section of the Service Appointment.
