How do I configure a Crew?
Create a Crew:
- Go to Workforce > Crews.
- Click Create.

- Enter the following details:
- Crew Name
- Crew Size
- Territory
- Description
- Click Save.

Add Crew Members:
- Go to the Crew Members tab and click + Create.
- In the Create Member box:
- Select the Service Resource.
- Set the Start Date Time and End Date Time.
- Click Create.

- The first member added to a Crew is automatically set as the Crew Lead.
- You can change the Crew Lead later if needed.
To change the Crew Lead:
- Click the drop-down next to Edit and choose Change Lead.

- Select the user to assign as the Crew Lead.
- Click Change.

Assign Territories:
- Go to the Territories tab and click + Create.

- Select a Territory and define the Start Date Time and End Date Time.
- Click Create.

The Crew will only be available for a Service Appointment if their assigned territory matches the appointment’s territory.
Add Skills (Optional):
- Go to the Skills tab and click + Assign.

- Select the Skill and Level.
- Enter certificate details:
- Description
- Certificate ID
- Issuing Authority
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date
- Renewal Status
- Certificate Type
- Click Create.
