How does timesheet work for appointments assigned to a Crew?

How does timesheet work for appointments assigned to a Crew?

When a field agent taps Start Work(for Service line item or Service Task), an individual Timesheet entry is created.
    1. Timesheets the user started appear under My Entries.



    2. Timesheets started by other Crew members appear under All Entries.



  1. Even if Crew member 1 starts a Service Task, Crew member 2 can mark it as Completed, or choose to Reschedule it.
