How does timesheet work for appointments assigned to a Crew?
When a field agent taps Start Work(for Service line item or Service Task), an individual Timesheet entry is created.
- Timesheets the user started appear under My Entries.

- Timesheets started by other Crew members appear under All Entries.

- Even if Crew member 1 starts a Service Task, Crew member 2 can mark it as Completed, or choose to Reschedule it.
