If an appointment is assigned to a Crew, who is responsible for starting and completing the work?

In Zoho FSM, when a Service Appointment is assigned to a Crew, any Crew member can initiate and complete the work using the mobile app.
There is no individual task-level assignment within a Crew. All members of the Crew have shared access to the appointment and can:
  1. Start the appointment
  2. Perform or update any Service or Service Task
  3. Mark individual Service or Service Task as completed, partially completed, or reschedule them
  4. Complete the Service Appointment
  5. Collect payments (except users with the Limited Field Agent profile)
Example:
Service Appointment: HVAC Inspection & AC Filter Replacement
Crew:
  1. Crew member 1 - James Venera
  2. Crew member 2 - Elijah Green
Service 1: AC Inspection & Diagnosis (SVC-90)
  1. Service Task 1 - Thermostat Check
  2. Service Task 2 - Airflow Inspection
  3. Service Task 3 - Refrigerant Check
  4. Service Task 4 - Electrical Inspection
Service 2: AC Filter Replacement (SVC-91)
  1. Service Task 1 - Remove Old Filter
  2. Service Task 2 - Clean Filter Compartment
  3. Service Task 3 - Install New Filter
  4. Service Task 4 - Airflow Test

In this case,
  1. Let's assume, James performs tasks from Service 1, while Elijah handles Service 2.
  2. Each field agent can start work independently on any Service Line Item or Task.
  3. When a field agent taps Start Work(for Service line item or Service Task), an individual Timesheet entry is created.
    1. Timesheets the user started appear under My Entries.

    2. Timesheets started by other Crew members appear under All Entries.

  4. Even if Crew member 1 starts a Service Task, Crew member 2 can mark it as Completed, or choose to Reschedule it.
