What is the role of a Crew Lead?
In Zoho FSM, you can assign a lead to a crew:
- The first member added to a Crew is automatically set as the Crew lead.
- You can change the Crew lead later if needed.
- If the Field Agent Appointment Confirmation Process is enabled, and if the service appointment is assigned to a Crew, only the Crew Lead can approve/reject.
To change the Crew Lead:
- Click the drop-down next to Edit and choose Change Lead.

- Select the user to assign as the Crew Lead.
- Click Change.
