What is the role of a Crew Lead?

In Zoho FSM, you can assign a lead to a crew:
  1. The first member added to a Crew is automatically set as the Crew lead.
  2. You can change the Crew lead later if needed.
  3. If the Field Agent Appointment Confirmation Process is enabled, and if the service appointment is assigned to a Crew, only the Crew Lead can approve/reject.
To change the Crew Lead:
  1. Click the drop-down next to Edit and choose Change Lead.



  2. Select the user to assign as the Crew Lead.
  3. Click Change.
