Who can create or manage Crews?

Crews can be created or managed by:
  1. The Administrator, or
  2. Any user with a custom profile that has Create/Edit/Delete permissions for the Crew module.
To check Crew permissions for a profile:
  1. Go to Setup > Security Control > Profiles.
  2. Select the relevant profile.
  3. Scroll down to the Workforce section.
  4. View the permissions for the Crew module.
