How to check the pending/overdue invoice status of a customer?

To check the pending or overdue amount for a contact or a company:
  1. Go to the Contact or Company record.
  2. Navigate to the Billing tab.
  3. Under the Invoices section, you’ll see the list of all invoices with their statuses—such as Draft, Overdue, and Paid.
  4. The Overdue status indicates invoices that haven’t been paid past their due date.
