How to check the pending/overdue invoice status of a customer?
To check the pending or overdue amount for a contact or a company:
- Go to the Contact or Company record.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Under the Invoices section, you’ll see the list of all invoices with their statuses—such as Draft, Overdue, and Paid.
- The Overdue status indicates invoices that haven’t been paid past their due date.
