If duplicate Company records exist in Zoho FSM—due to data import or sync—you can merge them to maintain clean data. Merging lets you combine details from multiple records into a single master Company record.
Steps to Merge Companies:
- Open the Company record that you want to keep as the master record.
- From the Edit dropdown, select Merge Company.

- In the Add Record field, search for the duplicate Company by name or email.
- Select the checkbox next to the record(s) you want to merge.
- Click Next.

- Choose the field values you want to retain in the master record.
- As you make selections, the Preview section will update to reflect the final merged data.
- Click Merge to confirm.

- Click Merge in the confirmation.

After merging, the master Company record will be updated with the selected values, and the duplicate Company record(s) will be deleted.
