How to handle multiple addresses for a single customer?
In Zoho FSM, you can add multiple addresses to both Contacts and Companies.
To add an address to a Contact or Company:
Open the
Contact
or
Company
record.
In the
Addresses tab
, Click
Create
.
To create a new address, fill in:
Address Name
Street 1
Street 2
City
State
Zip Code
Country
Territory
Geo Code
Click
Save
.
Address in Work Orders:
When creating a Work Order, the default billing and service addresses are automatically populated based on the selected Contact.
To change the address:
Click the (
) icon to choose from existing saved addresses.
Select the address from the list.
Click the (+) icon to add a new address directly from the Work Order.
Add
address details and click
save
Click the (
) icon to edit the selected address.
Edit
the existing address and click
Save
