How to handle multiple addresses for a single customer?

In Zoho FSM, you can add multiple addresses to both Contacts and Companies.
To add an address to a Contact or Company:  
  1. Open the Contact or Company record.
  2. In the Addresses tab, Click Create.



  3. To create a new address, fill in:
    1. Address Name
    2. Street 1
    3. Street 2
    4. City
    5. State
    6. Zip Code
    7. Country
    8. Territory
    9. Geo Code
  4. Click Save.

Address in Work Orders:  
  1. When creating a Work Order, the default billing and service addresses are automatically populated based on the selected Contact.
  2. To change the address:
    1. Click the () icon to choose from existing saved addresses.



    2. Select the address from the list.

    1. Click the (+) icon to add a new address directly from the Work Order.
       

    2. Add address details and click save



    3. Click the () icon to edit the selected address.



    4. Edit the existing address and click Save.
