How to handle multiple addresses for a single customer?
- Open the Contact or Company record.
- In the Addresses tab, Click Create.
- To create a new address, fill in:
- Address Name
- Street 1
- Street 2
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Country
- Territory
- Geo Code
- Click Save.
- When creating a Work Order, the default billing and service addresses are automatically populated based on the selected Contact.
- To change the address:
- Click the (
) icon to choose from existing saved addresses.
Select the address from the list.
- Click the (+) icon to add a new address directly from the Work Order.
- Add address details and click save
- Click the (
) icon to edit the selected address.
- Edit the existing address and click Save.
