How to resolve "Customer and Company cannot have different Currency?"

  1. When associating a Contact to a Company, both must use the same currency.
  2. If the currency you select while creating the Contact doesn't match the Company's currency, the system throws this error: "Customer and Company cannot have different Currency."


To resolve the error:  
  1. When creating a Contact, check the currency used by the Company you want to link it to.
  2. Set the same currency for the Contact.
  3. Associate the Company with the Contact.
