How to resolve the Error: "Contact with this email ID is already associated with this Company?"



This error occurs in Zoho FSM when you try to add or link a Contact to a Company, and a Contact with the same email ID is already linked to that Company.

To resolve:  
  1. Check if the Contact already exists under the same Company.
  2. If the Contact exists, you can edit the existing record instead of creating a new one.
  3. If the Contact needs to be separate, use a different email ID or unlink the existing Contact before re-adding.
