If I modify the address of my Company or Contact, will that reflect in the invoices created?

No, modifying the address of a Contact or Company does not update the address in already created invoices.

Invoices retain the address details that were present at the time they were generated.
Future invoices, however, will use the updated address.

Yes. Any note you add to a Contact will automatically appear in the associated Company record. However, notes added directly to a Company will not be pushed down to its related Contacts — they will remain only within the Company record.
