Is there a way to track all activity for a Company?
Yes, you can track all activity for a Company record using the Timeline section in the Company record.
It displays a chronological list of updates made to the Company and its related records—such as Contacts, Work Orders, Estimates, Assets, Service Appointments, Notes, and Attachments.
You can also apply filters to view specific types of updates or limit the view to only company-related changes.
The activities captured in the timeline can be filtered based on two criteria:
- Record Scope: Choose to show updates related only to the Company or include updates from its related records.

- Time Range: View timeline entries based on a selected time period (e.g., last 7, 30, or 4 months).
