What is a Contact in Zoho FSM?
In Zoho FSM, a Contact refers to an individual—someone who receives services from your business.
Contacts can be:
- Standalone customers (e.g., a homeowner, tenant, or individual client)
- Example: Emily Ross, an independent customer- with no associated Company.
- Linked to a Company (e.g., an employee, manager, or owner of a business).
- Example: John Carter, Facility Manager at Delta Technologies Inc.

You can create and manage service records such as Requests, Work Orders and Estimates directly for a Contact.
Each Contact can also have their own addresses, tax settings, notes, and attachments.
