What is Account Owner? How do I change the owner of the record?

In Zoho FSM, the user who creates a record becomes the owner of that record by default.
However, you can assign another user as the owner if needed.

To change the owner of a record (contact):  
  1. Open the contact record.
  2. From the drop-down next to the Edit button, select Change Owner.



  3. Choose the new owner from the list.
  4. Click Change to update the owner.
