Yes, you can change the Estimate PDF template at the time of sending it to the customer. Even if a default template is set, you can switch templates when sending an Estimate email to the customer:

  1. Open the Estimate and click Send Estimate.
  2. In the Send Estimate window, open the Estimate PDF preview.



  3. Choose the preferred template (Standard, Spreadsheet, Premium or any custom templates)
  4. Click Save and then send the Estimate.
