Creating a custom Estimate mail template:

1. Navigate to Setup > Channels > Email > Email Template.
   
2. Click Add New Template (if you're creating a template for the first time)
   
   
   
   (or)
   
   Click Create New (if there are existing templates)
   
   
   
   
3. In the Add New Template dialog, enter the details:
   
1. Template Name 
   
2. Choose Module: Select Estimates
   
3. Description 
   
4. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
5. In the Template Builder:
   
1. Add the email body text.
   
2. Use placeholders by typing # to insert dynamic fields (like Estimate Number, Amount, Customer Name, etc.).
   
3. Optionally, attach files.
   
6. Click Save & Preview.
   
   
   
   
7. From the Choose Actual data to preview dropdown, choose a record. The template will be populated with the details of the selected record.
   
   
   
   
8. Use Send Test Email to preview the template in your inbox (sent to the Super Admin by default).
