Can I create a new estimate for a rejected one instead of editing the same estimate in Zoho FSM?
Yes, you can create a new estimate for a rejected estimate in Zoho FSM.
If an estimate is rejected (either by the customer or manually by you), you can create a new estimate using the Clone & Resend option.
Clone and Resend
To create a new estimate from a rejected one:
- Open the Estimate Details page.
- Click Resend.

- Select Clone and Resend.

- Make the required changes in the newly created estimate.
- Click Save.

A new estimate is created with a new estimate number.
The original rejected estimate remains unchanged.
You can now send the new estimate to your customer.
Use case:
If ES-17 is rejected and you choose Clone and Resend, Zoho FSM creates a new estimate (e.g., ES-18) with the same details.
ES-17 remains Rejected, and ES-18 can be updated and sent.
