Yes, you can create a Record Template in Zoho FSM to quickly reuse a set of frequently used services, parts, and service tasks while creating new estimates.

Create a Record Template for Estimates

  1. Go to Setup → Field Service Settings → Record Templates.
  2. Click Create Record Template.
     

  3. In the Create Record Template dialog:
    1. Name: Enter a name (e.g., Lawn Care - Mowing & Fertilization).
    2. Module: Estimate.
    3. Description: Add a short description (optional)
  4. Click Create.



  5. In the Create Estimate Template, enter the estimate details -
    1. Summary
    2. Expiry date   
    3. The Services, Parts, and Service Tasks.
  6. Click Save.


This template will now be available for use whenever you create an estimate.
