Can I customise the expiry date for Estimates in Zoho FSM? How do I customise the expiry date of an Estimate in Zoho FSM?
Yes, you can customise the expiry date for all Estimates.
Custom expiry period for estimates
Go to Setup > Field Service Settings > Transaction Settings.
Scroll down to the Estimates section.
Click the Edit icon ().
Set the Expiry Time (Days).
Click the ✅ to apply the changes.
This expiry period will be used as the default for all new Estimates.
Changing the expiry date for a specific Estimate
While creating the estimate, go to the Expiry Date section in the Create Estimate window and update it as needed. The change will apply only to that particular estimate.
