How do I change the default Estimate Email template in Zoho FSM?
Setting a Default Estimate Email Template
To set the default template:
- Navigate to Setup > Channels > Email.
- You will see the list of available custom created email templates.
- For the template you want to use by default, click the ⋮ (more options) and select Set as Default.

- Click Yes, Proceed in the confirmation prompt.
