How to use the templates created for estimates while creating creating a new estimate in Zoho FSM?

Using a Record Template while creating a new estimate

  1. Go to Work Order Management > Estimates.



    Click create.



    (or)

    Click the (+) icon in the top-right corner and select Estimate.



  2. In the create estimate page, open the choose template drop-down.



  3. Select the required template.



  4. The services, parts, and tasks from the template will be auto-populated in the estimate.
  5. Fill in the remaining details - Contact Details, Asset Details, Address Details
  6. Click Save.
