Is it possible to send an estimate to the customer other than through Zoho FSM and mark it as sent in Zoho FSM?

Yes. You can send an estimate to your customer through other channels (such as WhatsApp, your personal email, or any external method).
To do this, download the Estimate PDF and share it manually.

Downloading an Estimate in Zoho FSM

  1. Go to the Estimate Details page.
  2. From the Send Estimate or Resend dropdown, click Download.



  3. In the Download Estimate window, choose the desired Estimate PDF template.
  4. Click Download.

After sending it externally, you can mark the estimate as sent within Zoho FSM.

Marking an Estimate as sent manually

  1. Open the Estimate Details page.
  2. From the Send Estimate dropdown, click Mark as Sent.
