Yes, you can add additional service or part line items from Zoho Books/Invoice, but not from Zoho FSM.

Adding Additional Service or Part Line Items from Zoho Books/Invoice

  1. Open your invoice in Zoho FSM.
  2. Click Open in Zoho Invoice.



    You’ll be redirected to the corresponding invoice in Zoho Books/Invoice.
  3. Click Edit.



  4. In the Item Table, click Add New Row.


  5. Search for the required item (service or part line item).
    1. All active items available in Zoho Books/Invoice can be added to the invoice—not just the items originally added to the Work Order in FSM.
  6. Select the item.



  7. Click Save.

The newly added line items will automatically sync and can then be viewed in Zoho FSM.
