Can I associate a particular template to a specific customer in Zoho FSM?

Yes, you can associate a particular template to a specific customer from your integrated finance application (Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice).

Associating a template to a specific customer  

  1. Go to your integrated finance organisation (Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice).
  2. Navigate to Customers.
  3. Open the required customer profile.
  4. Click More.
  5. Select Associate Templates.



  6. Under the Invoice section, choose the desired template from the dropdown.
  7. Click Save.
