How can I get directions to the customer’s service address in the Zoho FSM mobile app?

Getting directions to the customer’s service address in the Zoho FSM mobile app

  1. Open the required Service Appointment in the Zoho FSM mobile app.
  2. In the Service Appointment Details page, scroll down to the Service Address section.
  3. Click the Direction icon.

The map application available on your device (Eg: Google Maps, Apple Maps) will open and provide navigation to the customer's service address.
