While signing in to my Zoho FSM mobile app, I see the error "This account does not exist." What should I do?

This error usually occurs due to one of the following reasons:

Scenario 1: Incorrect email address
Make sure you are entering the correct email address associated with your Zoho FSM account. Check for typos or extra spaces.

Scenario 2: Incorrect Data Center (DC)
Zoho accounts are hosted in different data centers (e.g., US, EU, IN, AU). If you try to log in from the wrong DC, your account may not be recognized.
For example, if your account is in the US/global data center but you are trying to sign in through another region, such as accounts.zoho.ae, you may see this error.

Changing the Data Center while logging in

  1. On the login screen, tap the globe (🌐) icon.

  2. Select the correct data center.
  3. You will be redirected to the appropriate login domain (e.g., accounts.zoho.com)
  4. Try signing in again.
