Why am I being redirected to a different organization when logging in to the Zoho FSM mobile app?
In such cases, the mobile app may redirect you to the organization with incomplete onboarding instead of the organization you want to access.
Example
Suppose you already use your company's Zoho FSM organization. Later, another organization is accidentally created using the same email address, but its onboarding/setup is not completed.
How to resolve this
If the additional organization was created by mistake and is not required:
Log in to the Zoho FSM web application.
- Complete its onboarding/setup process.
- Delete the organization.
