Why do I see the error “Getting Started not finished!” while logging in to the Zoho FSM mobile app?

This error may occur due to one of the following reasons:

Scenario 1: Onboarding is incomplete

The onboarding/setup process for the Zoho FSM organization has not been completed.

How to resolve this

  1. Log in to the Zoho FSM web application.
  2. Verify that onboarding/setup is completed for the organization you want to access.
  3. If onboarding is incomplete, complete the setup process.
  4. Try logging in to the Zoho FSM mobile app again.

Scenario 2: Incomplete onboarding in another organization

You many have access to multiple Zoho FSM organizations, and onboarding for one of the organizations is incomplete.

Example

Suppose you already have access to your company's active Zoho FSM organization. Later, another Zoho FSM organization is accidentally created using the same email address, and its onboarding/setup is not completed.

When you try to log in through the Zoho FSM mobile app, the app may attempt to open the incomplete organization instead of the active one. As a result, you may see the error:

"Getting Started not finished!"

How to resolve this

If the additional organization was created by mistake and is not required:

  1. Log in to the Zoho FSM web application.
  2. Complete its onboarding/setup process.
  3. Delete the organization.

Once the unwanted organization is deleted, the required organization will become the default organization for mobile app login.

Notes
If you have access to multiple organizations and onboarding is incomplete for one of them, the mobile app may prioritize that organization during login.
