Why does a field technician see “Permission denied. Contact your administrator” in the Zoho FSM mobile app?
If a field technician tries to edit a Service Appointment but sees this error, their profile likely does not have the Edit permission for Service Appointments.
- Go to Setup → Profiles.
- Select the user’s profile.
- Enable the required permissions (e.g., Edit Service Appointments).
- Click Save.
