Are the notes for a Service Appointment visible in the Dispatch Console?

Yes, you can see notes from the Dispatch Console.

To view notes:  

  1. Go to the Dispatch Console.

  2. Hover over the Service Appointment card in the Gantt view.

  3. Click the Notes Icon in the appointment preview pane.

  1. All notes related to that Service Appointment will be displayed.
